With a dreamlike location directly on the sandy beach in Algarrobo-Costa, this beautiful holiday apartment has a private terrace and is situated in a residential complex with a marvelous pool and tennis court. Located on the 1st floor, the charming 70 m² apartment consists of a living/dining room with an integrated, well-equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a washing machine and a television with foreign channels. On your private, covered terrace, equipped with an awning and a small table with chairs, you are invited to begin the day with a fresh coffee as you admire the view of the sea or round off a long day at the beach with a glass of wine. In the communal, outdoor area you will find a refreshing pool, an outdoor shower and tennis courts for those who like to stay active during their holidays. A supermarket is only 150 m or a 2-minute walk away while the romantic beach promenade (for pedestrians only), with a selection of shops, restaurants and cafes, is just beyond your front door. The property is ideally situated to explore the beautiful region of Axarquia and is only about 37 km or a 30-minute drive from Málaga. Furthermore, you will also find the sandy beach Playa de Algarrobo in less than a minutes’ walk away. Here you can relax under the warm sun before the glittering water and make unforgettable memories with your loved ones. Street parking is available. The property permits only one pet, and it is necessary to notify the host in advance if you plan to bring a pet. Departure must be before 11 am. Arrival must be between 15:00 and 21:00 (after 21:00 until 22:00 there will be an additional cost on arrival).

Rural house El Tesillo Río Bermuza Village Canillas de Aceituno Rustic house in an idyllic mountain village. Nestled in the foothills of the Sierra de Tejeda and Almijara, the small village of Río Bermuza belongs to the municipality of Canillas de Aceituno, from which it is 5km away. Perfect house for those who want to spend a quiet holiday with the possibility of very good walks to El Saltillo, La Maroma, etc. or beautiful bike rides. The house is more than 100 years old and although it is fully restored, it maintains all its peculiarities such as the wooden beams on the ceiling or the size of the doors, each one has a different measurement, some even being smaller than normal. The walls are thick, 0.80 cm, which contributes to maintaining a more pleasant temperature. It has a living room with a fireplace, a small lounge, a bathroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms for a total of 4 people with a double bed, one of them on a loft with a wooden staircase and the other on the first floor. It is equipped with Wi-Fi, a washing machine, a TV and a portable air conditioning unit in the living room. In Viñuela, 5 km away, there is a supermarket and restaurants. In Vélez Málaga, 16 km away, there is a shopping centre, shops and restaurants. In Canillas de Aceituno you can enjoy its gastronomy, headed by the famous goat from Canillas or its blood sausage.
